HR Services: How It Works

Through our managed service solutions, we will recruit, hire, and handle all HR-related administration for your employees in Indonesia. All you need to do is manage the team.

 

Planning Phase (Scoping)
We take the time to understand your specific goals, how long you need to maintain the team, your budget, and the planned reporting structure for the new team.

 

Execution Phase (Team Formation)
Once we agree on the scope and budget, we will recruit the team you need to achieve your objectives. We will also handle all administration (onboarding, payroll, legal, etc.) related to this hiring process.

 

Maintenance (Team Monitoring)
We will monitor the team and help manage all HR-related matters. The team will report directly into the client’s organizational structure. If necessary, we will also assist in terminating the team.
